Certificate in Presentation Skills (SPEAK Training Course)

The SPEAK Training Course from The London Teacher Training College, UK, gives you the necessary skills to present information in a clear, precise and calculated way. The course covers the essentials of public speaking, including pronunciation, vocabulary usage, and body language, and this will help you to become a more effective speaker.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age
GCE ‘O’ Levels with a credit in English or equivalent

For Foreign students, a high school qualification and a IELTS score of 6.5 is required

If you do not fall within the above categories but are interested, please summit all your qualifications and a letter explaining why you should be considered. You may be asked to undergo a written English proficiency test and attend an interview. Your application will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Assessments

15 minute presentation with an assessor on Zoom.

Duration

This is a 14 hour course.

The schedule is flexible, so a course could run shorter or longer than usual depending on the class.

Class Size

The maximum class size is nine students. The teacher/student ratio will never be more than 1:9.

Fees are paid in instalments according to course completion:

Note: The fee collected at lesson one includes a S$100 registration fee.
